I am looking for a dentist recommendation in Manhattan. 

General criteria:
-Age: 35-55
-Uses the most modern equipment & techniques. 
-Recommended highly
-Office located on West-Side of Manhattan

I have a great dentist in Manhattan, but he is not on the West Side
(His office is off of Lexington).  If you are interested here is his

This will work as an answer if you can just dig up some kind of online
material about the office or the Dentist.

West side was preferred, but not mandatory I guess.
