I found the reference "Inside an office on West Paces Ferry Road, one
of the country's best-known hoteliers is quietly planning a new luxury
chain.  Horst Schulze, the longtime president of the Ritz-Carlton
until he resigned nearly two years ago, has assembled a group from the
old days. They are working out of the offices of W.B. Johnson, who
owned the Ritz-Carlton from 1983 to 1998 and grew it into a worldwide

From there, I searched for the Johnson business offices and discovered
the address number of 100 West Paces Ferry Road and the full name of
the Johnson company at http://www.thegriffinco.com/past_projects.htm. 
Armed with the full name of the West Paces offices, I then searched
the Smart Pages and the results were the address and phone number:

W B Johnson Properties
100 W Paces Ferry Rd NW
Atlanta, GA 30305
(404) 365-9800

I checked the phone number by calling it and it produced a fax machine
sound so I don't know if it is the fax number or if a fax machine just
happened to be turned on for a while on that line.  Then, I searched
and located information that led to me to obtaining business numbers
and another fax number:

404-233-1690 - fax 

I was not able to locate emails on the Internet and I believe you
should be able to obtain that information when you phone.  Good luck!
