What is the size of the web design industry?  Or in other words, how
many dollars were spent last year and how many are projected to be
spent this year?

I want the entire web design industry, not just enterprise or just
small business or anything.  The entire thing.  Though, if you do find
any small business related data, I'm looking for that too so let me
know what you find.
