I have located your answer and here is how I found the information:
I first searched Kaiser Aluminum and found their contact info at

by following a link on their main page at
http://www.kaiserengprod.com/. I then phoned the Kaiser customer
service number, 800-446-7060, and spoke with a lady named Cindy. She
wasn't sure about the CAL-100 so she gave me the phone number of their
Sherman plant and suggested I speak with Donna there who be able to
tell me if they made that model.
I phoned the plant at 800-321-5525 and Donna was very helpful, too.
She said that they do make the CAL-100 but she said it was KAL-100.
In the interim of my phone calls and waiting, I had searched "KAL-100"
just in case and I found that it is spectator seating offered by a
company called Sturdisteel that offers pre-fabricated stadium seating.
The product spec page referencing KAL-100 is located at
http://www.sturdisteel.com/lev2.cfm/35. Scroll down that page about
2/3 of the way and you will find the heading "2.03 KAL-100 SERIES
ALUMINUM STADIUM CHAIRS".
I also asked Donna about the Sturdisteel reference and she said that
Kaiser Aluminum makes the KAL-100 bleachers for Sturdisteel. She
offered to contact a Kaiser sales rep on my behalf but I declined.
