Hello -

You need to visit the Texas Department of Housing and Community
Affairs website [TDHCA], and download form A.

See http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/pubs.htm#mh

The cost is $35. All outstanding liens must be paid before pursuing
this.
Additional questions on how to fill this form out can be addressed to
their
customer service line at 1-800-500-7074. You may want to be
transferred to the "titling" department.

I have the titling form already and their phone no.which is how I knew
it was a clear title. What is unclear is how to do the next step of
signing it over to a trust.

Hello -

The title simply needs to be transferred from your parents' name(s) to
the irrevocable trust. On the back of your title [or using Form A],
your mother and/or father would specify themselves as the seller. The
purchaser in this case would be the actual name of the irrevocable
trust.. It costs $35 and the office will take care of it from there.

Please don't hesitate to ask for additional clarification/information.

Thanks,
