At one time, I found the email address for Mike (Michael) Cascone CEO
and Chairman of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF).  I can
no longer find it.  I also need the email for Ellery Ellis of Blue
Cross and Blue Shield of Florida.  Is there any way you can help me
get these emails?

As for Ellery Ellis: I did not find his e-mail address, at least not
explicitly. But I located a document from Blue Cross and Blue Shield
of Florida, where the following is said:

"E-Mail Address

All e-mail addresses follwow this format:

firstname.lastname@bcbsfl.com"

So, provided that there are no exceptions and that Ellery Ellis really
has a bcbsfl.com-e-mail account of his own, his address would most
likely be: ellery.ellis@bcbsfl.com

Since the CEO used "Mike" instead of "Micheal", I suggest also trying
short forms or abbrevations of "Ellery" should using the normal
version not lead to success.
