Hi Dick100,

Can you show us the exact error message? There are many updates
available for Systemworks 2003. Can you please tell us what update is
not installing? Thanks.

#167622 The information I originally sent was, after being told by
a message on the monitor screen "that the installation had failed to
complete", I asked for details and received the following: Windows XP
5.1. 2600 Service Pack 1
                                         NAVNT 9.00
Delivered just that way, the two problems that were causing the
"installation" to fail. I don't know how to remove the first item -
Service Pack 1 - I can probably find a way to delete the second item
referred to - NAVNT 9.00.
Hope this helps. I looked up the problem in a troubles exchange and
it seems that the problem has existed for a long time. The first
answer was to a site at http://service
1.symantec.com.com/support/sharedtech.nsf/docid/ followed by
approximately 40 additional items including numbers, %,=,? and a
reference to "Norton%20Antivirus&ver=2002%" etc, on and on????
Hope this helps?? Dick100

What OS are you using - NT, 2000, or XP? In your original question you
mentioned "Windows 2000 Service Pack 1", while in your clarification
you said "Windows XP 5.1. 2600 Service Pack 1", could you tell us the
exact version of the service pack you used? Also, in your original
question you mentioned "NAVNT 8.00" while in your clarification you
said it's "NAVNT 9.00". Could you please verify the versions you
mentioned so that the researchers who might want to help can assess
the problem accurately? Thanks.
