Where can I find a free (or very low cost) listing of the email and
snail mail addresses of the majority of U.S. churches that have video
ministries?  ('Video ministries' means churches that use video cameras
to either capture their services for distribution via broadcasting or
tapes, or at least for transmission to overflow rooms or other church
facilities)

If you can direct me to a list that includes only has snail mail
addresses, I'd still be interested, but that would only be worth half
as much to me.

P.S.  The list at American Church Lists does not qualify as low cost,
unfortunately.  (nor does it have email addresses)

The commercial list counts I've seen range from ~60,000 to ~80,000
churches with video ministries.  So to account for the majority (as I
requested), you'd need ~30,000 to ~40,000.  However, I would settle
for as few as 10,000, if they had emails.  That's still a big list for
a researcher to assemble.

On the other hand, I've learned to never underestimate the power and
skills of Google's researchers!
