Hi dgc. Thanks for using Google Answers.

What an interesting bit of research this has been. I've traced the
usage of DTPA through its regulation by the Nuclear Regulatory
Commission, the Atomic Energy Commission, and the FDA. The FDA has
licensed DraxImaging of Canada (
://www.google.com/url?sa=U&start=1&q=http://www.draximage.com/ )
as the manufacturer. Their MSDS is available in Adobe PDF format here:

http://www.draximage.com/acrobat/dtpamsds.pdf

I also turned up another manufacturer of DTPA, in Australia: Radpharm.
Their product information sheet, not as detailed as the DraxImage
MSDS, is here:

http://www.radpharm.com.au/Products/rp/DTPA-info.html

You might find these additional Radiation Safety Education links from
DraxImage useful:

I hope this answers your question and provides the information you're
seeking.
