What are the requirements for a security/ counter- terrorism school to have some of the students tuition funded by the US Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Defenses... and now Department of Homeland Security? I know the school has to be evaluated and certified, but how do you go about doing it? It may have something to do with the Nunn Ruger Domenici Act. Other data: The top schools out of the UK want to come here to the US and teach the general public and first responders about terrorism. Courses are from the very basic to the most advance. Unfortunately many municipalities do not have the funding for this specialized training and I thought that there might be federal financial resources available somewhere. Urgent, please respond ASAP. |
