Hello dpgoran-ga,

The song you are referring to is “Tantalise (wo wo ee yeh yeh)”
performed by Jimmy the Hoover in 1983. It was written by Flinto
Chandia, Simon Barker, and Derek Dunbar.

I wasn’t able to find the full lyrics anywhere online, but I did find
an MP3 download of the song at “New MP3 Free”
(http://www.newmp3free.com/download/12817/) and it definitely includes
the lyrics “tantalise me the way only you can do" and "my heart beats
like a drum”.

Hello dpgoran-ga,

It appears that the EMI link doesn't take you back to the search
results. If you search for "Tantalise", it will give you the writers
of the song.

I apologize for the error.
