You know how when you get a brochure on an investment of some sort
(whether legitimate or a scam) there are all these lovely pictures of
financial success? Things like:

People on a yacht
Expensive cars
Piles of cash
Businessmen punching the air
People playing golf
Mansions

You get the idea. Anyway, I was thinking that there would probably be
a CD-ROM available out there that has these generic photos on them.
It’s probably where all these brochure-makers get the photos from in
the first place.

Yes there are CDs and online download sites for these types of photos.
In fact there are lots of them.

They are called royalty free stock photos and you could buy the CD
collections or download them from the web.
