Hello, Bob here. I'm an avid rocker from the decade of decadence.(the
80's) Back in about 1989-an album was released that had the
lyrics"she's playin' with my dirty device-it's 7:00 and time to
party". This song came from an artist and album that I just haven't a
clue what or who either are. It was kind of a rockin' li'l ditty.
Please help. Thanks

Hello.

I believe that the song is called "7 o'clock." The group is The
Quireboys.

According to the Quireboys' discography [hosted by geocities

"7 o'clock" did originally come out as a single in 1989. It was also
released on an album called "A Bit of What You Fancy." That album is
now on CD and is available from retailers such as Towerrecords.com:

The song is also on various other Quireboys CDs such as Masters of
Rock, available from Amazon.com

search strategy: google groups, dirty device

I hope this helps
