What is the perpetual uniform annual worth of an initial cost of
$600,000, annual costs of $25,000, and periodic costs every 4 years of
$70,000 for an infinite time? Use an interest rate of 12% per year.

I have been trying to figure this one out for some time. Please
respond ASAP.
