How do I group received emails by senders domain and then by
individual sender. I would like to apply the same arrangement for
emails I send. I already group by sender but have been unable to find
either code or an addin program to group by domain first.

Hello jakrat,

Are you talking about an email list, or messages receive in your email
program?

I have a solution for you if you are talking about an email list.

If this is not what you are looking for, in what program are you
trying to sort messages by domain?

Thanks,

I am not entirely shore of the terms you are refering to however when
viewing the Inbox in Outlook I can drag the Sender field to the "Group
By box" and then subsequent fields. I would like to do this or
similiar by filtering with the Domain first. I can add rules to put in
folders but this is not flexible and can not cope with new users as it
does not seem to take wild cards.

If you're willing to abandon Outlook as your email application, I
suggest switching to Eudora. It has an excellent filtering system, and
a version of it is free. http://www.eudora.com/
