Hello pedro56,

You appear to be looking for a service that will allow you to register
a domain name, and also to transfer ownership easily to another party,
without going through a tough process.

All you have to do with this service is to "push" the domain name to a
new owner after you have received payment for the domain. You can
register domain names for the purposes of reselling them at $5.99 per
domain.

This service can be found here: http://www.enom.com I have used this
company myself to manage a few domains and have never had any
problems.

If you need any clarifications regarding this answer, please let me
know and I will do my best to further assist you.

When I read the disclaimer for Yahoo (r) domains they said they were a third
party for another company (INWW ?) which had rights of negotiation should I
ever sell the domain name: i.e., they could demand a price for authorizing a
name transfer or sale. I wish not to surrender this option.

Hello pedro56,

I don't think there is anything that can be done to modify the
disclaimer. The best solution would be to register domains at another
registrar (or transfer your Yahoo domains to another registrar). Have
you taken a look at http://www.enom.com ?
