Hello r2-ga,
Its nice to work with you again.
The two Doctors of Chiropractic that provide services to members of
the Congress are William E Morgan, DC and Terence K Kearney, DC.
Both doctors practice out of Bethesda Naval Hospital in Washington,
D.C.
The source of my information was obtained from a memorandum to ACA
Members, Board of Governors and House of Delegates from Gary Cuneo
dated February 4, 2002.
Members Of Congress Demand More Chiropractic Care
Dr. Bill Morgan, with the assistance of Dr. Terence Kearney, has been
providing chiropractic care one day a week at the Capitol to members
of Congress. Both doctors practice out of Bethesda Naval Hospital in
Washington, D.C. Located in the basement of the Capitol is a fully
equipped health care facility, which only members of Congress can
visit to receive treatment. All medical and dental services are made
available to members of Congress. The demand for chiropractic care has
been so great that prominent members of Congress recently wrote the
Rear Admiral responsible to the clinic requesting that Dr. Morgan be
authorized to spend additional time at the facility.

Dr. Morgan also practices at the Bethesda Naval Hospital.
After the politicians finished, the OAC introduced Dr. William
Morgan, the Capitol Hill chiropractor in the Office of Attending
Physicians (OAP). This self-effacing chiropractor spoke of his
acceptance at both the Capitol and at Bethesda Naval Hospital, where
he also practices. He noted that according to the admiral in charge of
the OAP, chiropractic is the most popular form of care. His patients
include members of Congress; staff at the Supreme Court; the crew of
Air Force I and II; NIH; and flag officers who later became business
leaders upon retirement from the military."
