I'm afraid your question is too cryptic for me to start my research.
Please tell us a little more about the context of your question. What
do you mean by "public schools"? What level schools are you talking
about? elementary, middle, high school? college or university? etc.
etc. etc.? The term means different things in different countries.
What is your definition of globalization? The more information you
give us, the better the chance that a Researcher will be able to get
you the information you need. Thanks.

Thanks,
I am seeking information on kindergarden to 12 grade schools not
college level. Globalization can be defined as the integration of
everything with everything else. A more complete definition is that
globalization is the intergration of markets, finance, and technology
in a way that shrinks the world from a size medium to a size small.
Globalization enables each of us, wherever we live, to reach around
the world farther, faster, deeper, and cheaper than ever before and at
the same time allows the world to reach into each of us farther,
faster, deeper, and cheaper than before. This process is initially
driven by technology.
