Good question and very good price, but you still might want to bound it a little. Problem solving services could include Management Consulting, a field which in itself is hard to segregate and estimate its size. You might want to provide examples of the types of software products, what they do, what other functionalities you are interested in and then also expand on your definition of the service firms. I can think of 5 entire markets that could get thrown in. I am not a researcher, just trying to help you get your answer for your money. Good luck. |

Thanks, and to better get your question answered, you might want to be more explicit as you just were, like |

Sorry, they cut me off some how: Monte Carlo software - example Crystal Ball.. etc. good luck, and i am sure there are dozens of researchers wanting to take your money. Need to use GA carefully, I have been happy and unhappy, but also recognize that I need to be specific. Sometimes they can't do it, other times it just requires more money. My guess is yours just needs to me better structured. |

"The User Demand Handbook for CRM, E-Commerce, ERP, Procurement and Supply Chain Management" from Gartner probably gives you the answer. However, it is from last year, and the research article costs US$2500. Check gartner.com for more info. |
