do you know of any sites or any info source which offer info on
treating side effects that are brought about from anti-depressants?
most sites just list possible side effects. i need a site which will
tell you how to stay on the  med and combat the side effect.
meaning-lets say i take zoloft and have constipation. i would like to
keep on taking zoloft but avoid constipation

It is very unwise to publish your telephone number in an open forum
like this one. You may want to consider asking Google to delete that.

About the anti-depressant side-effects, I would think that each
side-effect's possible treatment could be looked up separately on the
Web. I don't think there is a site that specializes in remedies for
various side-effects.

Because the interaction of anti-depressants with other medications,
and yes, even with "natural" remedies! can be sometimes quite serious,
it is critical that you work with the physician who has prescribed
your anti-depressant to determine ways to reduce or eliminate
unpleasant side effects. Any advice you receive here, while
well-intentioned, could inadvertently cause you even greater problems.
I hope that you will contact your physician immediately to try to
resolve these side-effects while maintaining the beneficial effect of
your medication.

first of all the number I gave is just a voice mail. second of all you
people always say to go to a doctor. well, I'VE SPOKEN TO MANY DOCTORS
. ALL they know is how to perscribe a medicine .when encountering
difficulties with the meds they cant help you. THEY ARE TOTAL AM
HARATZIM. I THOUGHT THERE MAYBE SOMEWAY TO COMBAT THE NEGATIVE EFFECT
OF THE MED. SUPPOSE YOU HAVE CONSTIPATION, you can t just research
constipation . you need to understand why your med causes constipation
and then when you learn the cause you can  to prevent that!
