Still nothing...
Short of calling members of the Hizbollah itself (their phone numbers
are at http://www.lebvote.com/LebVote/English/Directories/MP/Default.asp.),
I believe I have reached the limit of what I can find for you. I have
found almost no biographical information on either Ali Fadl Ammar or
Mohammad Hussein Yaghi. All I do know is that they were both elected
to the Lebanese Parliament in 1992 as members of Hizbollah, lost their
seats in 1996, and were then re-elected in 2000. Here is an extrememly
interesting evaluation of the 1992 Parliamentary election and how the
Hizbollah fits into it.
"Lebanon's Hizbullah: from Islamic revolution to parliamentary
accommodation," by A. Nizar Hamzeh. Third World Quarterly, Vol 14, No
2, 1993.
http://almashriq.hiof.no/ddc/projects/pspa/hamzeh2.html
Additional information for Ammar:
"Former member of the Amal Movement, joined Hizballah in 1983. Founder
of the Martyrs' Institution, which compensates the families of
Hizballah members killed in combat. Ran as an independent in Ba'abda."
Biographical Briefs of Members of the 1992 Parliament

I can give you the resources I used - maybe the email addresses will
come in handy in the future if you wish to pursue this information.
