Has the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin ever prosecuted or taken to court
a vehicle immobilization company to prevent them from operating within
the City of Milwaukee? If yes, could you please tell me the results

immobilization company ever took the City of Milwaukee to court
because the city was trying to prevent them from operating within the
city, and the results of the case if applicable.

Hello -

What if the answer is "no" in both cases. Is this acceptable to you?

My only concern would be that the search was thorough and complete.
No is an easy answer and I need to be absolutely sure that the court
records were thoroughly searched.

Well, I will try to document it as best I can. I'm working with the
city attorney's office to see what cases are available. Thanks for
your patience...
