Hi paulmattal!!

I think that I found the services that you need. After research I
found this page that lead me to the goal:
"Send Money Now ":
http://www.college-student-life.com/send-cash.htm

So at least are two good and recognized services that fit your
requirements:

1- c2it by Citibank -
http://www.citibank.com/domain/c2it/ind_fins.htm

https://www.c2it.com/C2IT/Login

This company claims:
"There's a world of reasons to use c2it service:
•Send money from your computer to over 100 countries for a low flat
fee.
•Transfer money to a bank account overseas or send a check to family
back home"

In the FAQs page you can read the following:
https://www.c2it.com/C2IT/help_e.jsp

"How do I send cash Internationally?
From a computer, you can send money to virtually anyone in over 100
countries since your recipient does not need a computer or an e-mail
address! Send money overseas to family and friends by having a check
delivered to the recipient's address or by having funds transferred to
the recipient's bank account...Funds are usually sent in the local
currency of the country where your recipient resides. c2it displays
the currency that the recipient will receive and guarantees the
exchange rate at the time you send your transaction so you know how
much money you are sending.
To send cash internationally click on the "International" tab once you
login to the service and you can send the transaction online with a
few steps. The table below describes the information you need to send
money overseas with c2it. Once you have entered the information
required for an international transaction, c2it will ask you to review
the information carefully before confirming your transaction."
https://www.c2it.com/C2IT/help_e.jsp#How_do_I_send_cash_Internationally

Spain has available the two options to send money: Citibank Check and
International Direct Deposit:
https://www.c2it.com/C2IT/help_e.jsp#Where_can_I_send_an_International_transaction_using_c2it_Service

In the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" page I have noticed about that you must
link a credit card account to be able to do an international
transaction, or do it from your c2it account. You can Add Cash to
your c2it Account only from a Linked Bank Account and only on the
www.c2it.com website. Add Cash transactions cannot be cancelled.
"XI. DESCRIPTION OF USE FOR INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS
c2it service facilitates International Transactions to designated
countries funded from your c2it Account or Linked Card Accounts.
Depending on the destination country selected by you, the following
International Transaction types are available: international Citibank
check ('International Checks') and direct deposits to foreign bank
accounts ('International Direct Deposits'). Based on the information
provided by you, International Checks will be sent in the mail to the
recipient and International Direct Deposits will be sent to the bank
of the recipient you specify.
A. Sending an International Transaction:
1. You may send International Transactions to any of the countries
listed in the Help Section of the c2it service ("Available
Countries"). Your confirmation for an International Transaction will
be sent to your primary e-mail address only. You may fund
International Transactions from your Linked Card Accounts or your c2it
Account, provided you have sufficient funds available and you do not
exceed your c2it transaction limits, as specified in Section XIII. The
recipient does not need an e-mail address and does not become a Member
of c2it, but must have a bank account in their name in the destination
country of the International Transaction.

2. Citibank reserves the right to add and delete Available Countries
to the service at any time without prior notice to you.

3. When you instruct us to send an International Transaction, for some
countries, you will be able to choose between sending an International
Check or an International Direct Deposit. International Checks will be
fulfilled via a Citibank check and they are for deposit to the payee's
bank account only. International Direct Deposits will be fulfilled via
either a wire transfer or via a payment through foreign payment
clearing systems at Citibank's option.
...
5. The available currency for each country will be presented to you at
the time you request an International Transaction. For some
destinations the available currency is U.S. dollars rather than the
national currency. In these cases the recipient will be responsible
for any foreign currency conversion fees and the exchange rate their
bank may apply to the International Transaction. For European Monetary
Union participating countries, transactions will always be fulfilled
in euro.

6. In addition to the applicable transaction fees, a currency exchange
rate will be applied when U.S. dollars are converted to another
currency and vice versa. United States currency is converted to
foreign currency at an exchange rate set by c2it and is disclosed to
you on www.c2it.com at the time you conduct your International
Transaction. The exchange rate is guaranteed to you once you have
received an online confirmation number for your International
Transaction (or, for Banamex Transactions, an online reference
number). c2it service's foreign exchange rate may vary by country and
transaction type because c2it service purchases foreign currency from
multiple providers. Any difference between the rate given to customers
and the rate received by c2it service will be kept by c2it service in
addition to the transaction fees. For information concerning the
current exchange rates please see the International tab at
www.c2it.com or contact Customer Service at 800-200-3881. For
International Transactions sent in U.S. dollars, the recipient may be
charged fees and a foreign currency exchange rate by their financial
institution related to the conversion of funds to the local currency.

7. When you send an International Direct Deposit we may need to use an
intermediary bank that will remit the funds to the recipient's bank.
The intermediary bank may charge an additional fee.

8. The actual amount that your recipient receives may be reduced by
charges imposed by an intermediary bank and/or by the recipient's
bank.

9. Citibank is not responsible for payments made to unintended
recipients caused by incorrect information provided by you.

10. International Direct Deposit transactions to certain countries
require a $250 minimum or foreign currency equivalent in order for
c2it to process the transaction. You will be alerted on www.c2it.com
when you have not input the minimum amount required and be prompted to
either increase the amount of your transaction or select another
payment option if available (International Check).

11. Funds availability to the recipient is dependent on local laws,
bank holidays and bank and clearing system regulations, and is not
guaranteed by Citibank. Information is available in the Help section
on www.c2it.com that provides you with approximate expected delivery
times, which are not guaranteed by Citibank.

12. All International Transactions are subject to U.S. sanction laws
and requirements."

2- PayPal
http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_home

With this system you and your friend may become PayPal Members.
After you open the account you may become an US user, so you need to
have a credit card or confirmed bank account with PayPal before you
can send any payments.
Your friend will become an international user, so he/she must complete
the membership process before send or receive any payments. Once your
friend confirm an email address, add a credit card, and enter the
Member Number he/she becomes an International user.
"If you are an International User, you may only accept payments after
you have registered a credit card with PayPal. If and when you have
registered a credit card, the following rules apply to the withdrawal
of any payments you receive through the Service.
All International Users who have a U.S. bank account and registered it
with PayPal may withdraw funds from their PayPal balance to that bank
account once they have added a credit card and completed their
Membership by confirming their email address and entering their Member
Number. Canadian Users that have a U.S. bank account registered with
their PayPal account will only be required to add a credit card to
withdraw funds to that U.S. bank account. International Users in
Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong,
Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain,
Sweden and the United Kingdom who have become International - Verified
(by confirming their email address, adding a credit card, and
completing their PayPal membership by successfully entering their
Member Number) may register their local bank accounts with PayPal, and
may then withdraw funds from their PayPal balance into their local
bank accounts."
