Hello marjo:

I was unable to find any definitive information about whether this
church is still "functional".

I was able to find a database of Italian churches and S. Biagio e S.
Maria di Costantinopoli in the Prea district of Castel di Sasso in
Caserta Province in the Campania does not show up in either the search
by postal code or search by town.

This, in combination with the information that Bobbie7-ga found for
your other question, leads me to suspect that this church is no longer
used as such. But, since I cannot prove it, I will not post this as an
answer to your question.
