Do you need them to be near a particular area? Or even country?

Would you like them to have specialisms in any area of the
applications of the 16PF - e.g. clinical work, personnel selection,
personnel development, forensic work?

Sorry to see that you haven't had an answer yet - I suspect that no
one has managed to answer because the kind of person you are looking
for is thin on the ground. You might find an expert in the use of the
16PF who would be willing to comment on child custody issues, or you
might find a child custody expert who is willing to comment on the use
of the 16PF. Finding someone with expertise in both might be
difficult.

Have you tried the APA 'find a psychologist' service?
http://helping.apa.org/find.html It is more suited to finding a
therapist, but they might be able to give you some leads.
