What are the specifications (ie, voltage, amperage, and polarity) of
the power adapter used to charge the battery of an 18v cordless
contractor grade drill by Tornado Tools (Kinetic Research).  I have
the battery and base, but am missing the wall adapter.  I need to know
the voltage, amperage, and polarity of the adapter in order to replace
it.
