Is there any place you can send used paper to be recycled? For
example at http://www.recycle4cash.com/ you can send them inkjet
cartridges to be recycled.

Many cities have public bins where used paper can be brought for
recycling. Or are you wanting to mail the used paper somewhere?

Hi! Do you want those recycling origrams wherein you could be paid for
the paper or free ones will do as well?

I made a quick phone call to the Anchorage Recycling Center. They will
gladly receive your office and mixed waste paper:
-computer paper:
-white office paper
-color office paper
-non-corrugated cardboard (cereal boxes)
-ream wrappers
-manila folders

Please tell me where in fact you live. I'll attempt to find a closer
location, but you didn't indicate your location? East Coast, Mid-West,
Hawaii?

Good answer, except most people in the US live in the continental US,
and would not want to send paper all the way to Alaska.

My guess is that the postage costs would be more than what the paper is worth.

Paper for recycling is worth very little. In the UK, a few years ago,
it was about £12 (~$18) a ton. Unless you have a lot, and someone
nearby can collect it from you, it ain't worth it. (And in the UK at
least, the price has dropped because more people are recycling.)
