The first thing that you want to do is IMMEDIATELY make use of the
site's "Cancel Your Membership" function. It can be accessed here:

Here you will need to enter your username and password for the site,
then follow the instructions for cancelling your membership.
The second thing you will want to do is call your Credit Card Company
(the Customer Service phone number should be printed on the back of
your card), and notify them that charges from WegCash.com,
BillingServices.com, and CCBill.com are not to be processed to your
account.
The third thing you need to do is call your Credit Card Company back
after a couple of days, and check to see that no charges for this
service were applied to your account. If, despite all your efforts,
charges have been made anyway, you will need to file a dispute with
your Credit Card company to get the charge removed from your account.
Their Customer Service department can tell you the exact procedure to
follow to register a dispute and chargeback with them.
