What level of education in India is equivalent to NVQ Level 3 in UK.

We understand that Pre-Degree(10+2)in some states or Higher
Secondary(10+2) in some states in India is equivalent in NVQ level 3
in UK - is that rite???

We also need evidence for your answers from UK websites.

on comparability between international and UK academic
qualifications... Responses to general enquiries and an advisory
service are given free of charge. However, should you require a
written individual assessment of your own academic qualifications,
which results in a letter of comparability, there is a standard charge
