I am looking for a biography of 
Sheik Mustafa Khalil El-Ansari who during his life held the following
positions in the Mosque of Omar also known as the Dome on the Rock.
This is on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

He had the following titles; Grand Sheik of the Mosque Omar, Keeper of
the Keys of the Mosque Omar, Chief Warden of the Mosque Omar and
Curator of the Mosque Onmar.

I am interested in as much biographical data on him as possible.

I know that my answer not exactly what you want, but I will give you a

answer your question I would like to tell you what are the in correct
information:

1. Mosque of Omar is not the Dome on the Rock, both separate mosques.

2. Mosque of Omar is located in mountain called Moria and not Temple.
