Answer m u s t include a set of formulas, which describe the
bending process (dependent on the position of the rolls).
backspring-formulas should be included (backspring of pipes). With the
answer I should be able to construct a bending machine for flexible
use on construction sites.

I found some information on "Beam Bending", is that the same?

Sorry, "Beam Bending" is a common engineering subject :)

"Tube Bending" or "Pipe Bending" is a special sub-discipline of the
bending-theory. (Hollow-space, ...)

In the Question the focal point is the "roll bending process", which
is a sub-topic of "Tube Bending"...

I hope, this isn't too confusing now :))

Hello madinspector-ga,

Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to find the formulas for roll
bending.

However, I have found plans for building a three roll bender like the
one in this picture:

If this would meet your needs, let me know and I will post this
information as the answer.

If this does not meet your needs, the question will remain open.
Perhaps another researcher will be able to find the formulas that you
are looking for.

Hello Googlenut,

the formulas are most important! I mean nearly everyone can put some
rolls on a "table"; that's not the question.

The goal is to bend pipes/tubes with a roll-bender by a given
bending-diameter! So the answer must include the aclculation of the
position of the rolls. And therefore one must calculate the backspring
 and so on...

Hope this helps for your understanding

But thank you anyway!

You might call and ask these guys if they put out data tables, or
would share formulas with you:
