Dear joep0325,

For extensively testing the technical functionality of your website,
the use of a Researcher's private credit card would be necessary.
Neither would I do so nor can I imagine any of my colleagues would be
willing.
But have you ever considered that the problem might not be of
technical nature but rather related to the site design?
What I have seen so far looks cheap, confusing, and unprofessional;
even using the term "web design" would be an unjustified euphemism
here. The appearance of your website might destroy credibility in a
potential customer's eyes. My advice is to get rid of you current
would-be web designer, who wasn't worth the money, and hire a real
one.

Best regards,
Scriptor

I agree fully with scriptor's comments; as well, you need to
do a better layout of the information (the member's logon is
at the bottom (and off the screen) of the page? Give people
a "come-on" in the form of a 2 week free membership. Start
building a (legit!) email list.
