Well, I'm just going to post a partial answer now since I already have
a presentation on this very subject already on paper. However, it is
folded into my billfold which is in another pair of pants which I have
left in a location a day's drive from here. So when I go get it I
will come back and post the complete answer.

In the meantime, this locks that mean ol' politicalguru out. Just
imagine wanting to come in and answer "MY" question after I have built
up such an extensive and on-going rapport with this potential
customer.

You may breathe easy now.

Cheers

I just took a look in my billfold now that I have it back. You really
wouldn't to know what all I found in there besides a lack of money.

For those of you who are reading here for the first time, this
question and answer exchange has been a farce. Its whole purpose is
to illustrate a trend toward incomplete answers made with a promise to
return and finish. such a method of locking on to a question is
unfair both to the customer and to other researchers who may have a
complete answer ready to go.

Thank you all for your patience. There are times when private
discussion seems to have no effect and hopefully a semi-humorous
example of of the situation may bring it to the attention of those
needing reached.

For better or worse
digsalot.

Why should these researchers get all the dough when we commenters
spend time and effort on these finely crafted and lucid comments?
Digs, if you're not satisfied with any of these so-called
"researchers" answers, just let me know and I'll help you out - for
some bucks, of course. Surely you couldn't expect quality like this
for free now, could you?
