China and Hong Kong have a trade agreement. When I say similar to NAFTA, I mean they have a trade agreement in order to overcome trade barriers. I need to know what impact the legal systems of both China and HK have on trade between the two, and on international trade in general. |

Is there any chance I could speak to someone by telephone to clarify my question? I live in Sunnyvale. Thank you, Chad |

I'm a business journalist working in China, but I'm unfortunately not that familiar with the legal side of trade agreements, so I will leave this open for my fellow researchers. Fons |
