Hello - Important note: If you need any additional clarification/information, please ask *before* rating this answer. Thanks for your understanding. According to Sherwin Williams, a leading paint retailer, as long as the surface is not very cold, there shouldn't be any problems. If you're in a cold climate, you'll want to wait until the temperature warms up, because the paint won't dry correctly if it's too cold [it may freeze altogether]. There are some paint products that will work down to 35 degrees, however. Latex is advisable, as it is a lot more flexible and stands up to shifting of panels.
