Dear stevenlee,
This is what I found out about the manufacturers of the three light
therapy units:
I. "Vilux 100" and "PhysioLight LD220"
"Vilux 100" and "PhysioLight LD220" are manufactured by a German
company, DAVITA.
The company, founded only two years ago, produces a variety of light
therapy units. The devices have been designed in co-operation with
another German company, Hera GmbH & Co. KG, specialized in developing
and manufacturing halogen lamps and fluorescent tubes since over 60
years.
All light therapy units offered by DAVITA are manufactured by the
company itself in Germany.
DAVITA is a member of the Society for Light Treatment and Biological
Rhythms, a non-profit organization founded in 1988 with the goal to
promote research, development and practical use in the fields of light
treatment and biological rhythms.
