As promised, here an Italian version of the lyrics to "War":
Guerra
A cosa serve?
Assolutamente a nulla
Guerra
A cosa serve?
Assolutamente a nulla
vita
CORO
Guerra
A cosa serve?
Assolutamente a nulla
Dillo ancora
Guerra
A cosa serve?
Assolutamente a nulla
Guerra
Guerra
These lyrics can be found at the link below, along with those of the
English language version. The Italian version was translated by Omar
Otto. Contact information for him is available at a link on this page
as well.

Search Strategy:
I first used the information on the composers of "War" that I found
here in researching your previous question:
Allmusic.com: Albums with the song "War": Page 3
http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&uid=12:21:00|PM&sql=H1334533:3
I then conducted several Google searches and found success with this
one:
guerra whitfield strong
://www.google.com/search?q=guerra+whitfield+strong++&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&start=10&sa=N
More specific searches (including such terms as "Springsteen", "Starr"
and "lyrics") had failed to pay off, although one earlier search
resulted in a link that contains a list of lyrics supposedly available
in Spanish at the site, including "War." However the entry for "War"
on that list does not include a link to a translation. It may be that
the list is still under construction, and a later return to the site
may be successful. Here are the search terms I used:
guerra whitfield strong springsteen OR starr
://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&q=guerra+whitfield+strong++Springsteen+OR+starr
And here is the link to the Spanish-language site:
Lletres en català
http://www.geocities.com/ygerbeau/bruce/proba2.htm
Once again, I am confident that this is exactly what you are looking
for. If any of the above information needs clarification, or if any
of the links don't work, please ask for clarification before rating
this answer.

I am in the Eastern time zone in the U.S. I posted the answer at
about 5:20 AM, local time. I am an early riser, needless to say.
Thanks again, and good luck with the rest of your translations. I
will look around some more and will let you know if I find anything.

You're certainly welcome.
Since I have to post a new "answer clarification" to reclose this old
question, let me add one item that may still be of some interest to
you.
In your original "War" question (now closed), you had asked for a
Spanish translation of the lyrics. At the time, neither I nor anyone
else could find one. Well, if you go to this linked page, you will
find one:

Have a good weekend.
