bender52,

According to the US Postal Service, 83 Newport in Utica, NY, is not a
valid address. If you plug that information in on this page
http://www.usps.com/zip4
you can see this result.

Utica, NY, and New York, NY are two very different cities.

Thanks to all for suggestions, but I have already performed the steps
offered. It appears now, that there are in fact TWO 83 Newport Rd,
Utica, NY 13502 addresses!! The problem discovered was that Newport Rd
runs into OLD Newport Rd about 15 miles to the north. There is also an
83 Newport Rd address at that location; althought the Utica Post
Office understands this confusion, and delivers accordingly. The fact
remains that I can't find a business listing, or a residential
information. Again, if anyone has further suggestions they will be
appreciated.

Please double check your source to make sure you have the street name
and/or house number and/or city/state correct. Is there an associated
phone number? Do you know if this is a business or a residence?

It is very possible that the address you have is correct. I have
checked a phone disc database that verifies that Newport Rd does exist
in Utica, NY and there are house numbers ranging anywhere from 10 to
100 and over on that particular street. (NOTE: Sometimes the US
Postal Service Zip Code database does have errors in it although I
must admit that they are virtually 99% reliable.) In order to verify
exactly who lives there you may need to pay a private investigator a
fee ranging from $50-$100 to do an address trace using a nationwide
database such as credit bureau or motor vehicles or directory
assistance information.

SINCERELY,
4keith-ga
