Hello Meerschaum,
I'd love to take a crack at your question, but as it now stands, it is
so open-ended I'm not really sure where to begin. Judging by the lack
of other rearcher attempts to answer this, I would guess they feel
much the same way.
Could you possibly clarify for us what, in particular, you need.
Assuming there are many thousands of such organizations using
e-learning materials, how can we best provide a focused, reasonably
bounded answer?

Hi Pafalafa,
Thanks for your interest.
I am really looking for educational institutions ranging from colleges
right up to government (state, national) departments that acquire or
might ready made e-learning materials. I am looking for specifiers
and assessors as well as the procurement people.
I am willing to pay the fee for a couple of good leads in places like
Canada, NZ, South Africa, Australia.
Out of computer reach for next week so I hope this is enough to be
going on with.
Thanks again.

Hello meerschaum-ga,
I would love to help you with this research but even with your
clarification Im not quite sure how to proceed. The e-learning
marketplace is huge. As I understand it, you would like to identify
people charged with making e-learning product purchasing decisions.
Its difficult to develop a prospect list for you without having a
better idea of what kind of e-learning product you want to sell to
them. Please tell us more about what is the product and why someone
would want to buy it.
I dont know if youre familiar with the e-learning marketplace so
Ive included a couple of links to show the complexities of
identifying e-learning buyers. Im looking forward to your
clarification.

Dear CZH,
Thanks for your interest. You are right, I am no e-learning expert.
I am simply trying to help out a friend!
I can clarify as follows:
The materials cover the following subject areas...
* General Basic Education
* Communication
* Application of Number
* Wider Key Skills
* Mathematics
* Floristry
* Hospitality and Catering
* General Art and Design
* Hairdressing and Beauty
* Health Studies
* Business Studies
* Generic Science
* Construction Crafts
* Health and Safety
* Travel and Tourism
* Performing Arts
* Maths for Engineering and Computing
* Sport and Recreation
* Environmental Conservation
* Care, Childcare and Social Care
and are consistent with the standards of the UK National Learning
Network. Technically, the materials are IMS compliant.
I am looking for National Education Agencies, College Associations or
Individual Institutions who might have courses and students working on
programmes compliant to UK qualifications.
Hope this helps.

To my two researchers, pafalafa and czh, is this question still too
vague? How can I help you to get me started on this quest?
