No... as in, why is this man so bent on dragging the entire planet
into a conflict that has largely been invented by his administration?

The questions should be 'is Saddam really a threat to
us', 'should we deal with him', 'how' and 'when'?
It really comes down to whether or not you believe
that Saddam is that big of a threat and will he become
more of one over time or less. Then do we need to deal
with him militarily or is there another option.

Curious to hear what some of your options are.
I know what mine are. In the end, tons of Iraqis
are going to get killed if he is left alone, attacked
or allowed to start a war in the future (maybe with
Israel). No idea which is the worst, but all are bad.

Also, just a factual correction to most of the silliness that
I read. Saddam was armed by the Soviets and Eastern
Europe - please look over his inventory of planes, tanks
and the like. His arsenal barely has any weapons. Our
'allies' of France gave him a ton of Mirages, the Russians
lots of tanks and Sukhois and Migs and the Germans
helped him with various facilities. We did give them
money to buy food and ag products, but so did everyone else.

Sorry, any U.S. weapons - like on the order of NONE.
