We are a group of 8 adults that enjoy the outdoors. We are meeting in Vancouver, BC and driving to Whistler for a 3 day stay then on to Tofino for 3 days then back to Vancouver for the flight out. This will all be around a July 4, 2003 date. We already have hotel reservations. We are looking for outdoor things not to miss. Specifically those not listed in the usual travel guides. We don't mind paying for eco-tour guides, etc. Current wishes include fly fishing, a whale viewing trip, day hiking destinations, eating (i.e. good food locations (any and all price ranges accepted)), wildlife viewing, geology, spas, scuba, easy mountain bike, float plane and helecoptors tours (if worth it), and whatever else should not be missed in this area. |
