* 54 mg of Leucine
* 29 mg of Lysine
* 14 mg of Methionine 
* 28 mg of Phenylalaline
* 32 mg of Threonine 
*  9 mg of Tryptophan  
* 40 mg of Valine 
* 43 mg of Arginine 
* 10 mg of Histidine
