I need Rotterdam's MGO and IFO-180 bunker marine fuel prices over the
last four years..starting from March 1999, April 1999, May 1999 up to
March 2003..If possible give an average monthly price, if not, get the
price of the 5th of each month..

In case you couldn't find the prices for the last four years, Can you
hold on the prices for the last two years. Then we may agree on a
slightly lower price for the question.. Thank you
