**This question may ONLY be answered by Duncan2-ga. Comments are
welcome, but if anyone other than my Researcher of choice answers,
I'll bite.**

I'm currently battling to get my former hosting account with
FeaturePrice.com closed. They've been giving me the royal runaround.
I'm not the only one. 2500 people (and at least 20 more every day,
according to the woman I spoke to at the FL Attorney General's office)
have filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General Office's
Division of Economic Crime.

What have you learned about them?

New Complaints Against Feature Price --
"Here's some hope for all that have been told by Feature Price that
they cannot get a refund on their credit card due to their lousy
service - YES, YOU CAN GET CREDIT! I filed a dispute with my credit
card company for the 5 remaining months of my year with Feature Price,
and I just found out today, from my credit card company that my
account has been credited! So, if you've had your share of problems
with Feature Price and want to try & get credit for the months
remaining on your year's 'service' with them, airing your problems to
your credit card company really does help. And, if your credit card
company does not stand behind you against this rip-off company, than
CHANGE CARDS! There's plenty of them out there who would love to have
the business. Maria Rose
PS - Whatever you do, DO NOT FAX FEATURE PRICE ANYTHING, especially
your credit card and drivers license. This gives them another
opportunity to charge your card without approval." (Posted 3/6/2003
