I just uploaded one of my sites to a server and this is the error I've
received:  Server error: Cannot create folder _vti_cnf. 1. ...

None of the pictures are showing up on site.

Sounds like you are running Front Page, but your server isn't.

Contact your server admin. Do you have permission to create folders on this server?
