I'm trying to develop a newletter for a clients website. He wants to
be able to access a control panel to add his own content, etc. But i'm
having trouble finding the right program for him. Here is an example
he gave me of what he wants to implement. "You can see a sample of
small news script at

=admin password= admin It's Hexagon software here Thanks"

I can't seem to find where to get that program. Can you offer any
suggestions?
