Hi there, The Google Cache is only available for indexed web pages. When Google removes a page from its index - in this case because it is no longer there - the cache goes as well. Google says the purpose of the cache is: Google takes a snapshot of each page examined as it crawls the web and caches these as a back-up in case the original page is unavailable. ://www.google.com/help/features.html The only site that offers long-term archiving of web pages is The Wayback Machine http://www.archive.org Their search isn't working at this minute, but trying this link might find an archived copy of the page: http://web.archive.org/archive_request_ng?collection=web&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.washingtonian.com%2Fthismonth%2FDEC02capcom.html Best wishes, robertskelton-ga | |
