There's a new MLM program doing the rounds. I know because my cleaner
tells me that she's going to make a lot of money ... See:
www.heartbarplus.com/

It seeems to me that they're flogging arginine at twice the price of
other sources.

Any other info available?

And what should I say to my cleaner?

The main twist to the marketing of "Heartbar" is that the overpriced
arginine is being peddled as a miracle cure for erectile dysfunction.
Perhaps they should have named it "Hardbar." ;-)

You might want to point out to your cleaner some of the pitfalls of
multi-level marketing:

"A small California company, Cooke Pharma, claims that its new
HeartBar is a "medical food," a category of products regulated by the
FDA that allows much more specific health claims than dietary
supplements.

"This is a niche in the law," said Jeff Nedelman, a public relations
consultant to Cooke Pharma."

"a niche in the law" Is this another word for 'loop hole' ?
