PVCS 6.0.11 .  solaris 7 o/s
I want to create a folder and check in a set of files to an existing
project.
I created the folder on command line . But when I try to check in
files it says
put: cannot create semaphore.
This is a project created in PVCS version manager long back.
New files in existing directories can be checked in or checked out
without problems.
But when I need to create new directory only the problem starts. ( I
am able to create a directory by going to the particular directory
tree in unix and create it ) . Inorder to solve this problem I tried
disabling semaphore but it still gives the same problem. Currently
Semaphore is set in file level and no semaphores locally.
