How many cases do you need?

There's one very recent case of a personal trainer in New York being
accused of sexual abuse in the third degree. Would that be sufficient?

What state are we talking about? Third degree sexual abuse varies from
state to state, while other states may call this actually offense
something quite different in terms of the title of the crime
(statute)? Some states for example, call third degree sexual abuse
"aggravated sexual battery" and others call it "lewd and lascivious
conduct". Still others might charge someone with statutory rape for
the same thing.

If you could tastefully explain the types of circumstances in which
this hypothetical person would be charged (what he did, how old the
victim was, etc) perahps there are other cases in these states as
well. Or, if you are only interested in one state in particular that
would also be helpful to know.

New York Cases only. Need cases that are closed not on-going.
Person was charged but not proven guilty. We are looking for cases
similar of the charge 3rd degree sexual abuse. In a nutshell the
trainer was taking measurements with a tape measure and she is saying
somthing totally opposite, she has some past issues not irrelevant to
this case where she was molested as a child. It's a he say she say
type of case, but the trainer is backed by a serious attorney and tons
of past and previous clients. we are looking for other caes similar.
 Thanks
